Services Provided

PureSummit Yucaipa Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before starting work. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Property Access

You agree to provide clear access to all areas where work will be performed. This includes unlocking gates, moving vehicles, and ensuring pets are secured. You are responsible for marking any underground utilities, sprinkler lines, or other hidden hazards on your property.

Warranty and Liability

We guarantee our workmanship and stand behind the quality of our services. Plant materials are typically guaranteed for 30 days from installation, provided you follow our care instructions. We carry liability insurance to protect your property, but we are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities or pre-existing conditions not disclosed to us.

Weather and Delays

Landscaping services are weather-dependent. We may need to reschedule work due to rain, extreme heat, or other conditions that would compromise quality or safety. We will make every effort to notify you promptly of any weather-related delays.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
